Beginner’s Permanent Cosmetic Course

The Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetics and Classic Beauty Concepts are proud to make available to you the most technological developments in the industry today.  With this knowledge, you can, as a Permanent Cosmetic Makeup Technicians, earn as much as $50 - $300 per hour.

 Dixie Medford,  Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) Trainer  Member and MCN International has a vast background and experience in dealing with all applications of permanent cosmetics.  Dixie Medford has performed thousands of procedures.  Her experience gives us, and more importantly you, the leading edge over other programs.

 Please note, due to changes in regulations, hourly requirements pertaining to permanent cosmetic courses have changed.  Classes will run for 5 days .  The first days of the training will be an in-depth study of permanent cosmetic theory.  Hands on treatments will be on the third to fifth day of the course.

 When you attend the Level I beginner’s course you will receive the following:

•       Your choices of the permanent cosmetic treatments that you desire, free of charge: lip liner, full lip treatment, eyeliner and eyebrow treatment.

• Upon graduation you will receive all the supplies needed to complete 10 client procedures ($500.00 value)

• Students may work on models and utilize TIPC for applicable fees

• Students may perform procedures on their clients for a minimal room charge

• Training manual and supplemental information

• Full hands-on experience including an average of 5 eyeliner, brows and lip procedures

• Student completes consultation and actual procedure to post care with client

• Student/teacher ratio is small, creating closer student/teacher interaction

• A rewarding new skill by a highly regarded school established since 1992

• Certificate awarded upon graduation
